We are seeking an experienced Digital Events and Operations Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of our investor calls, webinars, and related marketing activities. This role requires strong event management skills, technical proficiency with webinar platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be comfortable hosting live virtual events and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and host approximately 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom, along with internal and external webinars.
- Work with senior management and marketing teams to develop presentation materials, agendas, and speaker content.
- Set up and manage technical aspects of digital events, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Promote events via email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), social media (LinkedIn), and company platforms (Adobe).
- Manage follow-up communications, including post-event summaries, recordings, and attendee engagement reports.
- Monitor event performance, track attendance, and analyze engagement metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event logistics and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements for all event materials and communications.
- Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed during non-event periods.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in virtual event management, investor relations, or marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Zoom, On24, WebEx, GoToWebinar, and other webinar tools.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems.
- Ability to host and facilitate live virtual events in a professional and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate early morning and late-night calls for global audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in investment management, investor relations, or financial services is a plus.
