The CRO Specialist Opportunity
Weβre excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join a dynamic E-Commerce team for this award-winning multi-channel retailer.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement an ever-evolving CRO workstream to deliver an increased conversion across the websites.
- Conduct analysis into user behaviour and communicate insights to the wider business.
- Use analysis such as user recordings, heatmaps and funnel visualisation to identify behaviour trends and test new ideas with the Design team.
- Use CRO metrics alongside business knowledge to prioritise insights in the testing schedule.
- Co-ordinate a test and learn cycle, constructing a robust design and implementation plan using internal software.
- Produce quarterly reports on ROI for the CRO channel.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Conversion rate optimization experience in E-Commerce
- Skilled at working with Content Square, AB Tasty or other CRO tools
- Hold user experience in the highest regard
- Good understanding of SEO
- Experience using Monday.com or other project planning software
- Data and reporting experience with Google Analytics, Excel or other analysis tools
