To develop and grow business for the Aviation & Shipping Finance team, achieving annual budget targets.
Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and build relationships with corporate clients, domestic and overseas branches, and internal departments.

Design credit structures for aircraft/vessel-backed loans, including loan term sheets, tax criteria, and security packages, for bilateral or syndicated arrangements.

Cross-sell banking products and services such as deposits, TMU, and DCM.
-
Conduct credit analysis for international wholesale clients and navigate commercial banking credit procedures.

Ensure compliance with MAS regulatory guidelines, maintain strong risk management practices, and perform data analysis.

Prepare and monitor bilateral borrowings, loan syndications, credit applications, risk ratings, and various reports.

Establish and maintain relationships with aviation lessors, airlines, and lenders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Banking, focusing on Corporate Banking for Aviation and Shipping Finance.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit assessment, and financial products such as loans, bonds, and derivatives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an established client network.

Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
