Trafford Leisure is looking for a passionate Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join the team.

Salary:£16 per hour
Hours:Mondays 3:30pm – 6:30pm

The Role
We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.
To be successful in this role you must have a Level 2 qualification with Swim England.

In this role of Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Leading structured swimming lessons for children and adults.
- Delivering assessments in line with the Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
- Coordinate awards and swimmer progress tracking.
- Communicating with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support swimmer development.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming teaching environment.
- Managing basic admin tasks such as lesson scheduling and progress records.
