Specific qualifications for the role include: 5+ years of proven experience as a Craftsman in home repair and maintenance. Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks. Must own a standard set of tools suitable for various handyman trades. Must have a reliable truck or van for transporting tools and equipment.
