Deine Verantwortungsbereiche
- Du betreust die Kunden vor Ort und entwickelst Lösungen für deren Anliegen
- Administration von Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Router, Firewalls)
- Implementierung und Konfiguration von Server-, Storage- und Virtualisierungstechnologien
- Einrichtung, Entstörung von Client- und Server-Systemen (Microsoft)
- Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von Terminal-Technologien, Antivirus und Backup-Lösungen
- Migration von Bestandsumgebungen zu Cloudplattformen wie z.B. Microsoft 365
- Eigene IT-Projekte und aktive Einbringung bei weiteren Projekten
Was Du mitbringst
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Fachinformatik Ausbildung, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder bist Quereinsteiger:in und weist relevante Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen vor
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in Microsoft Betriebssystemen sowie Hardware- und Software Kenntnisse mit
- Dich zeichnet eine eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du scheust den Kundenkontakt nicht und arbeitest gerne mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen zusammen
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B notwendig
