Salary: £25,000 plus £3,000 travel allowance realistic commission £1,000 per month (uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday Between 8:00 and 18:00 (37.5 hours)
We are on the lookout for motivated individuals with exceptional people and communication skills to join us as a Business Development Manager across the UK. As the face of our brand, you will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers door to door in a defined region, to sell a range of telecom solutions that enhance business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Selling a variety of essential Telecom products (Broadband Connectivity, VOIP, PDQ terminals and Sims) to small, independent businesses at a competitive rate.
- Conduct in-person cold calls to generate sales leads and win new business in a defined region.
- Develop and deliver effective, personalized sales pitches during interactions with potential new clients.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (KPI’s).
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous track record in door to door or face to face sales in a B2C or B2B environment is desirable but not essential.
- Have a positive winning attitude.
- Be self-motivated to overachieve sales targets.
- Have a resilient attitude to overcome rejections.
- Be a quick learner with product and process knowledge.
