What will you be doing? In this role, you will be responsible for all IT Change and Release, ensuring the effective delivery of change and release management throughout the lifecycle. You’ll provide efficient technology solutions and services for our Members, Customers, and Colleagues, by providing a best-in-class IT Service function. As part of the change management process, you will be responsible for ensuring risks and impacts are managed and appropriately communicated to all stakeholders. You will help manage the approval process of all change activity to reduce risk to the availability, performance, security, or compliance of IT services and systems impacted by change. You will run effective CAB (Change Approval Board) meetings, overseeing the approval process of all change activities, ensuring changes are delivered to a high standard and managing reviews for continuous improvement.

How will I know if I am right for this role? Ideally, you will have experience working in a customer-facing environment and in an IT Helpdesk/technical support team. You will have strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate changes and releases effectively, with strong stakeholder engagement. You should be comfortable challenging changes that do not meet requirements or pose unnecessary risks. Experience in people/performance management and resource planning is desirable, along with the ability to manage change within a team. You will demonstrate professional and consistent communication skills and a passion for service excellence.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience: ITIL Service Management (foundation) or ITIL Service Transition, third-party support engagement, and IT change process experience.
