About the Role

We are seeking a committed Mechanical Engineering Trainer/Assessor to support learners at Levels 1 to 3, including full-time students and apprentices. The role includes:

  • 2 days teaching practical and theory-based lessons
  • 2 days assessing learners in the workplace
  • 1 day for planning, marking, and admin

You will help students build the technical skills and confidence they need for successful careers in engineering.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Industry experience in mechanical engineering
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation
  • Teaching or assessing qualifications are desirable, but not essential - we will fully fund the right candidate to achieve them
