Interim Senior Employment Counsel – 3 months – Remote working

Our client, a leading online travel platform, is currently looking for an Employment Lawyer to assist for a period of 3 months to assist the team due to an increased workload.

Role details:

  • Working together with other members of the Employment Law team to provide strategic and pragmatic employment legal advice and guidance to the People team and various business leaders in business-critical projects.
  • Managing External Counsel where needed.

Requirements:

  • A law degree is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Ideally, experience in a top-tier law firm as well as in-house experience at a major international company.
  • Experience with EMEA and managing works councils/trade unions is a plus, especially in France and Spain.
