The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.
We are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to support the senior culinary team with ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen operations in the Commissary Kitchen, the important Culinary hub of the hotel where a variety of food is prepared for usage in our outlets, event spaces, and beyond. Taking ownership of your section, providing the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, while promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is due to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that all preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes in your section are completed to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised section, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
- Follow recipes and technical sheets with accuracy, staying well informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
- Take pride and ownership of your section, supporting your peers and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
