Amore Complex Care have an exciting opportunity for skilled support workers, with experience with autism, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviour and PICA and epilepsy, to join our team. At the request of our client, this role is female only.

Meet the person you’ll be supporting:

Who am I? I’m a 33-year-old female who loves going for drives and accessing the community, long walks, going to the cinema, bowling, arts and crafts, shopping and going to Blackpool. I work well with routine.

What challenges do I have? I’m diagnosed with autism, learning disability, challenging behaviour, PICA and epilepsy.

What are my aspirations? To continue to enrich my quality of life and access the community.

What activities do I do? I have a swing and a hot tub in my garden. I spend a lot of my time, weather permitting, in my garden.

How do I get out into my local community? I have a car and love drives out. There is a park and shops nearby I like to go to.

What shifts do my team do? 8am to 8pm with a sleepover. I am supported by 2 staff at a time.

As a company, we are unable to offer sponsorship for overseas candidates. Applicants must have proof of right to work in the UK. It is a requirement to provide an overseas police check dated within the last 3 months of being in the UK; if you have been outside of the UK for longer than a year in the last 10 years.
