Logistics Administrator Team: Supply Chain Location: Lisburn Contract: Permanent ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB This is a permanent position within our Logistics team, the role is responsible to complete all aspects of logistics administration within distribution. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Run reports to facilitate payments to hauliers and forward all relevant Purchase Orders and info to hauliers to allow for right time invoice Calculate returned stock and empties transportation costs Run reports to facilitate payments to hauliers and forward all relevant Purchase Orders and info to hauliers to allow for right time invoice Calculate returned stock and empties transportation costs Transportation costs settlement Calculate and post hauliers fuel surcharge debits/credits Create Purchase Requisitions for all cost lines within Logistics Create Return requests for all Haulier returns Create Return reports, track trends and share cross functionally Update any excel sheets reference any additional payments to hauliers Driver Difference Tracker, compile, share, track trends -Investigate Driver Differences – on SAP / North and South and report findings to distribution and w/house managers for sign off Update any excel sheets reference any additional payments to hauliers Monthly Reporting and close process Ensure all PODS (proof of delivery) from all hauliers are returned by haulier on daily basis and especially at month end Liaise with Suppliers reference any invoices queries,liaise with hauliers, settle bulk delivery loads, investigate any shortages Cover across department, Distribution, fleet ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Essential Experience and proficient use of spreadsheets and good IT knowledge Good communication skills and people person Demonstrate passion for quality, efficiency, and good customer service, both internally and externally Ability to set and manage budgets Able to work within a team in a high-pressure environment to achieve targets.
