We are working with a highly desirable, design-led AJ100 studio known for its collaborative culture, creative ambition, and thoughtful approach to architecture. Our client is looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team, bringing strong commercial experience and confident delivery skills.
You will play a key role in managing and supporting the delivery of a high-profile London scheme through to completion. Based in the heart of the city, their team blends strong design thinking with technical excellence across a wide range of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects within a studio that values creativity, personal growth, and a strong sense of team. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage detailed drawing packages, ensuring accuracy and quality through all project stages
- Lead and coordinate design and technical teams within a multidisciplinary environment, with a particular focus on stage 5 delivery
- Review construction work on site and collaborate closely with contractors and consultants
- Support the wider team to maintain the design intent while meeting project deadlines and technical requirements
- ARB-registered (or international equivalent) with a degree and masterβs in Architecture
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Excellent Revit skills (5+ years), with a technical delivery focus
- Strong package production and detailing abilities
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and coordinating with external teams
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
