Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for an Events and Campaign Manager to join their London office on a 12 month fixed-term contract. The role-holder will deliver a wide range of initiatives, from intimate client roundtables and legal seminars to large scale receptions and webinars. They will also play a central role in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand, sector and practice group strategies.
The Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with firm priorities and sector goals, collaborating with BD, communications, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of various internal and external events (e.g., seminars, webinars, receptions), mainly in London, including occasional overseas events tied to key industry initiatives.
- Work closely with Partners and BD leads to develop tailored event experiences that enhance client relationships and the firm’s brand.
- Oversee all event logistics such as venue selection, AV, catering, contracts, staffing, and guest experience, providing on-the-day leadership and issue resolution.
- Align events with wider campaigns through tools like Vuture Vx, CRM (InterAction), and digital channels, and ensure coordinated messaging across media and touchpoints.
- Manage budgets, analyse engagement data, lead debriefs for continuous improvement, and coordinate tasks across the BD team while maintaining best practices and process consistency.
The Candidate:
- Extensive background in managing diverse in-person and virtual events, preferably in professional services, with success in campaign planning, brand positioning, and marketing integration.
- Skilled in CRM systems (ideally InterAction), email marketing platforms like Vuture Vx, and webinar tools such as GoToWebinar or Zoom; strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, confident in advising senior stakeholders, presenting ideas effectively, and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and commercially aware with a high attention to detail; committed to delivering strong client experiences and maintaining brand integrity.
