The team, global in nature with a strong DNA, are known for their rigorous, research-driven approach and exceptional pedigree — all members hold degrees from top-tier universities.

They are now looking to add a talented Reinforcement Learning (RL) expert to the London team. This is a Greenfield opportunity — RL has not yet been implemented, so the incoming individual will help shape this effort from day one.

Prior experience in trading is not required, but candidates should bring deep RL knowledge, strong programming skills, and a real curiosity for applying their work to high-impact, real-world problems in finance.

The firm offers highly competitive base salaries, % of PnL, and the chance to work alongside one of the sharpest teams in the space.
