Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et expérimentée pour occuper le poste d'administrateur(trice) de contrats de construction. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe de projet interne ainsi qu'avec les parties prenantes externes afin d'assurer la réussite de nos projets d'impact. Responsabilités principales
- Participer au déploiement de la Direction Contrats et assister le directeur dans les activités de gestion contractuelles (contract management).
- En support aux directeurs et gestionnaires de projets de DECASULT, assurer le traitement des aspects contractuels des différents contrats des projets de construction.
- Assurer le traitement des différents types de contrats dont notamment :
- Les contrats d’entrepreneurs et entrepreneurs spécialisés
- Les contrats de service professionnels (architectes et ingénieurs)
- Les contrats de services client-DECASULT
