What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own product development from initial sketch to final solution—your ideas, your impact.
  • Test, tweak, and perfect designs to meet the highest performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with a high-energy team across design, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
  • Optimise designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability, working closely with suppliers and partners.
  • Support the development of technical specs, drawings, and testing documentation.
  • Bring customer insights and market trends into the heart of design decisions.
  • Be a key player in product launches—translating engineering excellence into commercial success.

What You Bring:

  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Strong CAD skills (preferred), with an eye for detail and design flair.
  • Practical knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and testing methods.
  • Natural problem-solver with a curious mindset and drive to improve.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across departments and disciplines.
  • Experience in fasteners or similar sectors is a plus—but we value attitude over industry.
