MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a well-established consumer goods brand to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Surrey, UK.

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition activity across Google and Meta platforms, delivering scalable and profitable growth through data-driven campaign execution. The Performance Marketing Manager will take responsibility for media planning, optimisation, and reporting—supporting key digital sales channels and working closely with creative and analytics teams to refine strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and display.
  • Build, launch, and optimise multi-channel performance campaigns with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
  • Monitor KPIs, attribution paths, and audience insights to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and design teams to develop high-performing creatives.
  • Lead media budget planning and forecasting.
  • Work with internal and external partners (including agencies where applicable).
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years' experience managing paid media in a consumer or eCommerce brand environment.
  • Proven track record in scaling Google and Meta campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Ability to translate commercial objectives into actionable media plans.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and funnel management.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
