CNC Millers opportunity in this rapidly expanding precision engineering company. You should be an experienced setter operator capable of hitting the ground running, able to understand engineering drawings and be familiar with 3 axis Mazak CNC Mills and programming offsets where required (Mazatrol). The work is varied to include various metals, run sizes and complexity. As you would expect, basic inspection skills are required. Starting salary dependant on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, with a focus on precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate Mazak CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
