Job Title: Reparation and Restorative Justice Worker Location: Havering Term: 3 months (with opportunity for extension) Rate: £18.30 PAYE/Umbrella £22-25 dependant on experience Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you believe in the power of restorative justice? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Reparation and Restorative Justice Worker! Key Responsibilities: Deliver practical reparative activities and supervise direct reparation with young people. Collaborate with youth to monitor behaviour while adhering to national and local guidelines. Facilitate restorative justice processes and support victims in their journey towards healing. Conduct victim awareness interventions and gather personal views from crime victims. Attend community panels and appointments, promoting victim involvement and advocacy. Maintain accurate records of all interventions on the Youth Offending Service database.What We're Looking For: Experience working with children and young people in challenging circumstances. Background in restorative justice work or mediation within a criminal justice setting. Proven ability to deliver engaging group work programmes.
