Dynamic Front of House Administrator required for boutique Property company in the West End.

Office based, you will be the first person to meet and greet clients including co-ordination of meeting rooms and coordinating deliveries. Reception duties include sorting couriers and mail, organising and maintaining office supplies and stationery orders. Tasks will also include maintaining the coffee machine, watering plants and making sure the kitchen is tidy and ordered.

The ideal candidate will be personable, with a positive friendly attitude. You will be professional and cheerful with a good understanding of working within a professional services environment. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work effectively with visitors and colleagues.
