ORECA Motorsport is looking for a Project Manager to join its team in Signes, near the Paul Ricard circuit in the VAR region, as part of its various projects. Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Engineering and Design Office Project Manager will oversee the development of racing vehicles from requirements definition to final delivery while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Defining the project's objectives, scope, and schedule in collaboration with the technical department.
  • Ensuring communication with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, testing, purchasing, and production).
  • Monitoring product development and series production.
  • Managing relationships with technical suppliers and external partners.
  • Analysing risks, planning project reviews, and preparing reports.

You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets.

A Master/Engineering degree in mechanical or automotive engineering is required, or an equivalent field. Ideally, you also have a project management certification. You have five to ten years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least three years as a project manager. You have proven experience developing competition or high-performance vehicles and understand racing vehicle systems. You have experience working in demanding environments: F1, WEC, GT3, rally, or hypercar.

Proficiency in tools: MS Project/ERP/PLM. Basic knowledge of CATIA. Fluency in English required. Professional-level French proficiency.
