We are currently partnering with a Global Business, who are specialist leaders in their field. They are looking for a Fluent French Speaker to join as an HR Services Associate and be based in their modern City Centre Manchester office. You will be joining a fast paced and upbeat team, who enjoy what they do and this is reflected in the bright, motivated Team feel of the HR Services department.
You will be experienced in providing HR support to a European Team and will be a fluent French speaker and have preferably worked with Workday.
As an HR Services Associate, your responsibilities include:
- Assist with the execution of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data management in Workday.
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure all employee records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Support the administration of benefits, including enrolment, changes and enquiries.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating with HR, IT, Facilities to ensure new hire set up is complete in good time.
- Manage offboarding processes including processing final payments and ensuring systems are updated.
- Maintain accurate employee data within our systems, processing updates related to job change and compensation.
- Respond to enquiries in good time with resolutions or escalation and follow ups.
- Provide guidance on self service tools and assist employees with using the platform effectively for tasks such as updating personal information or accessing benefits.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and make recommendations to the HR Operations Director for streamlining workflows.
- Support the HR Operations Director in ensuring that HR processes are compliant with local regulations and company policy.
- Help maintain and update HR process documentation as necessary.
- Assist in generating reports.
- Support the HR Operations Director with reporting requests and ad-hoc data analysis.
About you
To be successful, you'll need a minimum of 3 years in HR Administration or HR Coordination roles and familiarity with HR Systems, Workday is desirable. Additionally, you'll require the following:
- Proficient French Speaker, with exposure to European markets.
- Experience with supporting HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding and job change.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with a happy, motivated outlook.
- A good understanding of GDPR.
