What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise and help develop your team
- Deliver great guest service and food quality
- Run a safe and compliant restaurant
- Plan, forecast, and financially control
- Build sales and engage in local marketing
What we are looking for in a fry-tastic Supervisor:
You’re passionate about delivering a fantastic guest experience and serving great fried chicken. You’re confident in handling guest queries and can resolve issues or complaints positively. You lead by example, inspiring your team to bring their best selves to every shift. You embody our values and are obsessed with detail, maintaining Gold Standard at every opportunity. You’re a great communicator who listens and takes feedback onboard. You take pride in the appearance of both yourself and your restaurant. You know how to drive sales and keep costs low to maintain a profitable business.
Desired experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Fast-paced kitchen environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership role: 1 year (preferred)
