Ocean World Travel, an independent cruise specialist/travel agent based in Chandlers Ford, is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to run the day to day accounts function to trial balance. Duties included but not limited to:
- Daily banking and associated reconciliations
- Produce monthly marketing sales invoices
- Process monthly purchase invoices
- Weekly supplier and operator payments
- Credit control
- Preparation of Monthly payroll summary
- Credit card & merchant card postings and reconciliations
