What we offer: Competitive pay Full benefits 401k matching Tuition reimbursement Position Overview: This role focuses on analyzing and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance on site, with about 75% of time on H&S and 25% on Environmental. Responsibilities include workplace inspections, compliance program design, training, and audits to prevent injuries and environmental impacts. Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor on-site HSE risks and controls, ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead and support HSE policies, procedures, and standards. Develop and maintain HSE & ERT procedures. Participate in and lead incident investigations. Conduct HSE training sessions. Perform daily field audits and participate in risk assessments. Provide quarterly HSE training reports. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years’ experience in chemical plant or refinery sector. 4+ years’ experience in multiple HSE areas is a plus. Knowledge of UK/European HSE regulations and standards. Experience with incident investigation, emergency response, and industry standards.
