Health Visitor

We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 health visitor for a childrens centre based in Ealing. Shift Patterns: 09:00 – 17:00 Job Requirements: * Previous experience as a qualified health visitor * Registered NMC Pin * DBS on update service (Desirable) * Strong, up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practice in health visiting. * Good communication and teamwork skills * Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions * Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, evidence-based health visiting services to children and families. * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support early intervention and safeguarding. * Provide assessments, advice, and interventions in a variety of settings, including client homes. * Promote health education and wellbeing, ensuring care plans are tailored to individual family needs.
