Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repair work
- Communicate with Service Advisors and Workshop Control on job status
- Ensure all work meets required safety and quality standards
- Keep up with the latest technical information and systems
- Provide expert advice to customers when required
- Promote a customer-first culture in all technical interactions
What You’ll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Your own tools and a valid full UK driving licence
- MOT tester accreditation is a plus but not essential
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
