Transition Service Architect

We are seeking a Transition Service Architect to join our pre-sales Design team. This role involves working closely with the Design and Sales teams to develop transition services that meet client needs and support successful digital transformation projects.

The primary responsibility is to engage with clients and prospects to generate interest in Natilik\’s transition services and educate them on the value these services offer. The role also aims to expand our Transition Services by developing templates and packaging services to streamline quoting processes.

Main Activities, Tasks & Duties

• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and design transition service solutions that achieve business outcomes.
• Articulate services and their business value through client meetings and produce clear documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in scoping professional services and driving upsell opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of transition service solutions and packages.
• Conduct workshops demonstrating the value of proposed services.

What You Need to Succeed

We value qualities such as relationship-building, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to articulate solutions clearly. Technical skills include knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2 and Agile, and an understanding of technical solutions across multiple technology stacks. Experience in delivering end-to-end projects and capability to work effectively under strict timescales are essential.

Additional valued skills include willingness to learn, attention to detail, analytical skills, negotiation, and report creation.
