Join Pennsylvania’s largest and oldest private radiology practice as a General Radiologist with mammography skills (screening/tomosynthesis/diagnostic/US -MR and procedures are optional) in the York, Hanover or Lancaster, PA area. Some teleradiology available as well.
Private, physician owned, full-service radiology practice located in Central PA. Stable with multiple long term solid contacts. Source of non-professional billing revenue. Precedent setting – well positioned – forward thinking – innovative private practice radiology group. Salary and time to partnership negotiable. Quantum offers much flexibility in partner scheduling with ample opportunities presented to increase income. However, if scheduling flexibility is a priority, a “custom” employed position could also be developed.
Our practice is diversified beyond professional services to include ownership in a robust and rapidly growing software development company. Partners have access to reading locations in condos on the Big Island of Hawaii. In 2021, we implemented a new and innovative Enterprise Imaging solution powered by our team and our commercially available Intelligent Workflow Orchestration Engine. This new system supports the growth of the practice and affords our radiologists the most efficient and effective work environments possible. It also supplies novel analytics and supports innovative compensation structures and fairness. Subspecialty reading is supported, but all radiologists work together to optimize the practice’s performance.
Our substantial clerical, “super tech”, RPA, nursing, and mid-level programs keep our radiologists efficient and happy – working at the top of their license.
