The role is a core part of our strategy community supporting our SocialChain agency brand, focusing on developing and executing effective strategies using contemporary communication approaches to create a competitive advantage for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Research and Insight: Use audience segmentation methods to create distinct audiences and develop detailed profiles, audit brands' social and digital media presence, and keep the team updated on industry trends.
- Strategy and Planning: Help clients set SMART objectives, develop comprehensive social and digital strategies, create strategic platforms, and collaborate with specialist teams.
- Measurement and Effectiveness: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain client relationships.
Experience: 5 years in strategy or related role, preferably within an agency setting with examples of successful integrated social/digital campaigns.
Role Capabilities: Ability to segment, analyse and profile audiences, research and present category landscape reports, understanding of social/digital media platforms, proficiency in analytics tools, and knowledge of wider digital marketing approaches.
General Capabilities: Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple client accounts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
