What You’ll Be Doing Support all day-to-day studio workflows Sample Coordination Assisting with styling for e commerce shoot Assist with control for all inbound and outbound collections Ability to manage images / data libraries (making sure they are all backed up) Contribute to key activities across photography and retouching Support the shoot team on all studio operations Maintaining the studio organised Receive samples from warehouse, log into inventory, and monitor movement throughout the studio (including samples out) Manage sample organization of closet, rack, and shelving locations to ensure products are in order and easily accessible for photo and post-production teams Monitor sample priorities, keeping sample log updated and ensuring return by due date Facilitate cross-company communications and act as the point person for daily workflow support Must Haves Good communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to multitask and take on ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop skills is essential Experience in a similar role or interested in growing with the department Useful to have experience of coordinating studio operations and ecommerce Microsoft Office, excel skills essential Strong organization skills and a hands-on, can-do approach Must be flexible and able to adapt fast-paced changes Knowledge of Zedonk, inventory software is a bonus but not essential Excellent Organisation skills (e.g. zedonk) – for operational purposes to ensure we have the correct samples in the business. Nice to Have Knowledge of studio equipment and previous experience in studio (DSLR Canon preferred – Camera) Photoshop & Capture One Flat Lay styling Retouching – knowing how to use pen tool
