• Pair-program and mentor, helping to grow a strong internal engineering culture.

About You

• Significant commercial experience in software engineering (5+ years preferred).
• Broad understanding of modern development practices, tools, and full-stack architecture.
• Experience building mobile apps—Swift experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Confidence working in Agile, collaborative environments.
• Strong grasp of fundamentals—data structures, architecture, and clean code principles.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
• Bonus points for a mathematical or analytical background—curiosity and problem-solving are equally valuable.
