As a Commercial Administrator, you will look after the general maintenance of commercial information for our contracts. You will apply for payment via the client system to facilitate cash flow, identify any issues preventing applications for payment and liaise as appropriate both internally and externally to resolve these issues, run reports, manage and oversee manual application for payments and collate substantiation requests where required. The role will predominately see you administering the general payments processes on our largest contract in the region as part of a team as well as providing general support to the wider commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the submission of contract variations to the client.
  • Assist with daily/weekly applications for payments to the client.
  • Produce weekly reports and manage internal databases.
  • Be willing to learn and assist the commercial team with day-to-day operations.
  • Work with and build effective relationships with colleagues and clients as appropriate.
  • Maximise the efficiency of reporting techniques/systems.
