About the Role:
You will be responsible for the delivery and collection of the clients' products to the varying customer bases, and providing exceptional pre- and post-sale service to ensure customers maximise the value and efficiency of the products. A key component of the team's purpose is to use their engaging personality to inspire and excite customers and colleagues about the features and benefits of our latest products, technology, and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, install, collect and demonstrate cleaning equipment at customer sites across the UK.
- Train users on safe, effective machine operation.
- Support customers pre- and post-sale with expert advice and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and fellow Demonstrators to ensure smooth setups and handovers.
- Tailor demonstrations to highlight key features.
