Quantity Surveyor - Construction

Currie & Brown are looking for several experienced construction Quantity Surveyors to join our growing team in Bangkok. Ideally, you will have experience across all construction sectors, including Civil Infrastructure & Structures, Commercial building, and industrial projects within Thailand, with demonstrated project delivery experience in these sectors. In addition, the responsibilities for the successful candidate will include: Delivering quantity surveying services, including preparing cost plans and tender documents, handling contract administration, sub-letting, and preparing and negotiating final accounts. Formulating tender strategies, conducting tender analysis, and bidding. Monitoring cash flow and certifying payments and variations. Preparing material take-off documents, pricing, drawing measurements, and checking all tender materials. Complying with QA standards and the company\’s best practices. Leading and coaching junior staff. Developing good relationships with clients and stakeholders. Attending site inspections, client meetings, and conducting tender interview presentations when required. Requirements: BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. A minimum of 4 years’ quantity surveying experience within a global construction consultancy, with exposure to multiple projects. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and provide concise instructions to the client team. Proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
