As a Floor Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for: Communicate well with guests and colleagues Manage different events both independently and as part of a team Driving and maintain the required standards Administrative duties such as handovers, ordering, departmental induction Managing and guiding the agency staff to deliver the events As a Floor Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable. To be successful Floor Manager candidate , you will have allergen and food safety knowledge, understanding of different cultures and demographics, good time management, and motivational skills.
