Location: City of London – Monday to Friday

Basics: 28k - 45k DOE plus high uncapped commissions (20K-50K)

The Opportunity: They are now hiring a dynamic SDR Sales Executive to help drive new business and grow existing accounts. You will be responsible for selling to C-level executives globally, promoting elite industry events and building a trusted presence within the global professional community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a portfolio of corporate memberships targeting C-level executives.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and research target accounts.
  • Engage with prospects through email, phone, video calls, and social platforms.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to attract new business.
  • Consult with decision-makers and tailor event solutions to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team strategy.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by leadership.
  • Conduct detailed market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contacts, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Plan weekly objectives and execute against set sales metrics.
  • Cold call and build own pipeline of prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • A university degree or 1+ years of proven experience in new business, inside sales, SDR Sales Executive, delegate/sponsorship sales, or Tech or SaaS sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, and video.
  • Track record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of sales planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage.
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
