We are currently looking for a Guest Services Associate to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Guest Services Associates are appointed to consistently deliver a seamless telephone service to all our internal and external guests. This role plays an integral part in delivering a memorable guest experience. This role offers a schedule of 40 hours spread over 5 working days.

Key expectations of this role are:

  • Efficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Providing the highest standard of customer service, striving to go the extra mile by being Intuitive, Refined and Engaging.
  • Ensuring clear, complete and legible information is taken from our guests and is forwarded to the appropriate department to satisfy their requests.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.

  • Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
  • Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
