About the Role: As our Assistant Electrical Services Manager, you will provide electrical support for a broad range of exciting events we have planned for 2025. You will bring strong working and professional knowledge and be an integral part of our team. You will be the first point of call for all external support contractors visiting the site, so building relationships and being a strong communicator will come naturally to you. You will supervise site visits, ensuring works are carried out safely with minimal impact on core business activities as well as the electrical support your role carries.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support during events, load in and load outs both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of BS7671 and BS7909.
- Maintain accurate records in line with Legal and Business Critical Requirements.
- Identify and communicate defects and action plans through physical inspections whilst undertaking normal duties, reviewing statutory inspection reports and observing the way building facilities, plant and systems are being operated.
- Provide technical advice and support to other departments.
- To support the other roles within the venue, providing assistance when and where requested.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure all work activities comply with ASM Global Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Reviewing risk assessments and method statements for work.
- Completing incident forms for accidents, near misses or events which require reporting.
- Remaining vigilant of unforeseen hazards and risks to oneself and others.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward learning new skills and undertaking training including travelling to alternative locations to undertake training.
- Support sustainability initiatives, environmental compliance and support measures for increased efficiency and minimalising impact.
Key Qualifications:
- A clean driving licence - Essential
- Time-served electrician (2 Years Minimum) or approved electrician with appropriate qualifications.
- Current SJIB grade card or equivalent
- Certified working knowledge of BS7671
- Certified working knowledge in inspecting and testing electrical installations.
- A good working knowledge of health and safety
