The Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their busy Exeter office on a full-time, fully on-site basis. In this key role, you’ll support the smooth daily operation of sales administration, customer service, and stock coordination. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll be the central point of contact for customer enquiries, order processing, and ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:

  • Process customer sales orders and invoices, coordinate stock levels, and maintain accurate order records
  • Provide timely updates on deliveries and coordinate with the team on late or urgent orders
  • Support the introduction of new product lines, liaising with internal departments and suppliers
  • Assist with general office duties including post, filing, and handling invoice or delivery documentation

What we’re looking for in a Sales Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service or Stock Control role, ideally within manufacturing or logistics
  • A strong grasp of MS Office, familiarity with SPOCS is a bonus but not essential – full training is provided
  • Able to multitask under pressure with exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Must be hands-on, adaptable, and enjoy working in a small, supportive team environment
