Eutopia Search is partnering exclusively with our client to recruit for this exciting Finance Business Partner opportunity based in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and operational departments to advance divisional goals and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the Head of Operations and budget managers to deliver high-calibre financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure precise and prompt financial reporting to both internal teams and external partners.
- Generate comprehensive month-end reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to Group deadlines, while maintaining clear contract financial reporting that meets rigorous management review standards.
- Manage and maintain the Risks and Opportunities register for IRC agreements.
- Calculate precise monthly accrued and deferred revenue figures, ensuring clear visibility and business communication regarding outstanding receivables.
- Guarantee prompt and accurate client invoicing through pre-approved charge agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with Wipro/operational teams to drive continuous process enhancement.
- Work in partnership with operational leaders and department heads to develop comprehensive annual budgets and regular forecasts, including travel to operational locations.
Essential Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record of collaborating with operational leadership to enhance financial understanding and accountability.
- Demonstrated integrity and dedication to establishing robust governance practices.
- Capability to recognize and execute process enhancements for improved efficiency and stronger financial controls.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure & Justice sector/environment would be beneficial.
