This is an exciting opportunity within Windsor Academy Trust. We are looking for an outstanding and ambitious teacher who can lead others in making a difference to the lives of young people at Windsor Olympus Academy (Olympus). You’ll need the commitment, passion, and energy to make our vision for Olympus a reality in the local community.
Olympus is our brand new free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16 and opened with Year-7 students only, as a six-form entry school. Olympus will grow year-on-year to provide education for 900 students after five years.
Windsor Olympus Academy will create the right environment for young people to flourish, igniting their passion and love of learning, enabling them to thrive academically. We will awaken students’ aspirations and develop their understanding of well-being and health, enabling them to thrive personally. We will be at the heart of the community.
