Are you ready to take your career up a gear? We have a new vacancy for a Workshop Manager at our Arbroath Depot to keep our buses on the road and smiles on our customers’ faces. As Workshop Manager, you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up for a rewarding role that doesn’t just help people get from A to B – you help communities stay connected.

With a total fleet of around 51 vehicles travelling around East Scotland, you’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising, and managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure all our buses are clean, safe and reliable on the road each day. The successful candidate will have the appropriate engineering qualifications, excellent diagnostic skills, relevant experience within a workshop supervisory role and knowledge of PCV operations. The job demands someone with energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate staff to meet the targets and the high standards we set for the maintenance and cleaning of our buses and to liaise with colleagues in the Operations Department to ensure PVR is met at all times.
