A worldwide global manufacturer is looking for a CNC Operator for their growing team. They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC press brake, laser cutter, and punch machines safely and efficiently.
- Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate metal parts.
- Perform machine setup and calibration to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to maintain machine performance and product quality.
- Monitor machine performance, including tool wear and quality control, and make necessary adjustments to uphold high production standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Advanced experience operating at least one of the following CNC machines: press brake, laser, or punch.
- Familiarity with machine programming is a plus.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce precise components.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in metal fabrication, is preferred.
