One of the world’s leading international law firms is seeking to hire a Senior Business Development Specialist on a permanent basis.
£70,000 - £90,000
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) 09:30-17:30 working hours

This newly created role will report into the Associate Business Director for London, and directly support the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisition practice with achieving their BD plans. This is a stand-alone role with no line management responsibilities; however, you will be able to collaborate with a healthy size BD, Events & Marketing team in the London office.
The Senior Business Development Specialist Role:
- You will collaborate considerably with BD colleagues across practices and with counterparts across Europe and the US, supporting the day-to-day London BD operations.
- Assist the Associate Director with tracking marketing spend and year-on-year evaluations and end-of-year budgeting.
- This opportunity offers autonomy to take the lead in supporting the firm’s Private Equity and M&A practice group in London on all business development activities and supporting strategies.
- You will take a hands-on approach and assist with the preparation of marketing materials, credential documents, flyers, and brochures etc.
- Take the lead on preparing pitch presentations and support business-planning activities and briefing partners before client meetings.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm, will be highly motivated, with a genuine interest or enthusiasm to develop an in-depth understanding of the Private Capital sector.
