We are seeking a proactive, candidate centric and organised Talent Attraction Adviser to join our in-house Talent Attraction team. This role plays a critical part in recruiting and building a strong pipeline of top talent across our business. You will utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to actively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates across a broad range of roles, including Attorneys & Solicitors, graduates, legal support and operational roles. It is an exciting time to join the team following significant investment into our talent attraction capability, the role will also support the implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Key Deliverables:
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively source and engage candidates across a range of functions.
- Advertise roles effectively to maximise reach and attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Screen candidates via phone, Teams and in-person and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain market talent maps to support proactive pipelining, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Support hiring managers and the Talent Attraction Manager with candidate shortlisting and interviews.
- Support with the implementation of a new ATS.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activity via trackers, spreadsheets and the ATS.
- Support the delivery of early careers and graduate recruitment campaigns, including university engagement and event coordination.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
About You
- 2 years’ experience within an in-house talent role.
- Working experience within the Legal or Professional Services sectors.
- Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms.
- Able to effectively build relationships with internal recruiting managers to navigate the recruitment cycle.
- Knowledge of relevant recruitment related employment laws in the UK; knowledge of recruiting into France, Germany or the Netherlands would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies or tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using HR/recruitment technology (Networx/Cascade would be a bonus).
Candidate Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- A working understanding of the intellectual property field would be beneficial.
- Experience of recruiting roles into France, Germany or the Netherlands.
- Experience working with graduate and/or STEM recruitment would be a bonus.
- French, German or Dutch language skills.
