The client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm located in the heart of Tonbridge, Kent. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch, they pride themselves on their client-focused approach and supportive working environment.
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their growing team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, providing expert legal advice and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of private client law including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge across all key areas of private client work
- Excellent communication
- Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload with efficiency and accuracy
- A proactive, personable, and professional approach to client care
