This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded and analytically strong professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You’ll be partnering with HR and business leaders to design, deliver and embed innovative reward frameworks – from benchmarking and pay structures to bonus design and benefits strategies. Whether it's managing projects end to end, shaping executive job evaluation or leading salary surveys, your work will drive real business impact and help attract and retain top talent.
- Benchmark salaries against market data and provide tailored recommendations.
- Deliver bespoke consultancy projects for clients, both large and small-scale.
- Conduct virtual client meetings to gather job data and understand reward structures.
- Support clients in implementing job evaluation and grading structures.
- Deliver job evaluation training (up to 4 hours) to client HR teams and managers.
- Support data collection from clients to enhance our salary benchmarking database.
- Assist in the development of salary surveys and reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong client relationship management skills, with a consultancy mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Experience working in a consultancy or advisory role.
Knowledge of gender pay gap reporting and executive compensation.
This role is a full-time, permanent role that is 5 days a week in the Hinckley, Leicestershire office.
